POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD

Emma Martínez Roselló (en adelante el “Prestador”), con DNI 47845090F y domicilio en Barcelona (España), es titular del Sitio Web www.emmamartinezillustration.com (en adelante “Sitio Web”), cumple con las directrices de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos personales, el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril de 2016 (RGPD), relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos.

El Usuario es el único responsable de la veracidad y corrección de los datos que remita al Prestador, exonerando al Prestador de cualquier responsabilidad al respeto.

El Prestador informa que los datos que el Usuario voluntariamente está facilitando serán incorporados a sus sistemas de información con la siguiente finalidad:

• En el caso de solicitud de información mediante los formularios del sitio web, para enviar información sobre la consulta realizada.
• En el caso de solicitud de información directa a través del correo electrónico, para enviar información sobre la consulta realizada.
• En el caso de acuerdo de colaboración o contratación de bienes y/o servicios que pudieran ofrecerse, para mantener la correspondiente relación contractual, así como la gestión, administración, información, prestación y mejora del servicio ofrecido.

Mediante la introducción de los datos, el Usuario otorga el consentimiento inequívoco al Prestador, declarando haber sido informado de las condiciones sobre protección de datos de carácter personal, aceptando y consintiendo el tratamiento automatizado de los mismos, para que proceda al tratamiento de los datos facilitados en pro de las finalidades mencionadas. El no facilitar los datos personales solicitados o el no aceptar la presente política de protección de datos supone la imposibilidad de contacto o recibir información sobre los servicios del Prestador.

El Prestador informa que no cederá los datos personales a terceros, excepto por obligación legal. Sin embargo, en el caso de ser cedidos a algún tercero se produciría una información previa solicitando el consentimiento expreso para tal cesión. La entidad responsable de la base de datos, hosting, así como los que intervengan en cualquier fase del tratamiento y/o las entidades a quienes se los haya comunicado, están obligadas a observar el secreto profesional y a la adopción de los niveles de protección y las medidas técnicas y organizativas necesarias a su alcance para garantizar la seguridad de los datos de carácter personal. Como encargados de tratamiento, el Prestador tiene contratados los siguientes proveedores de servicios, que se han comprometido al cumplimiento de las disposiciones normativas de aplicación en materia de protección de datos, en el momento de su contratación:

Google participa y ha certificado su cumplimiento con el marco del acuerdo entre EE.UU. y la Unión Europea denominado Privacy Shield, habiéndose comprometido a someter toda la información personal recibida de países miembros de la Unión Europea a los principios derivados del Privacy Shield. Los datos facilitados por el Usuario, se conservarán mientras haya un interés mutuo para mantener el fin del tratamiento y durante el plazo por el cuál pudieran derivase responsabilidades legales por los servicios prestados. Cuando ya no sea necesario para tal fin, se suprimirán con medidas de seguridad adecuadas para garantizar la seudonimización de los datos o destrucción total de los mismos. El Prestador se reserva el derecho a modificar la presente política para adaptarla a novedades legislativas o jurisprudenciales.
